Very high pile carpets or rugs can cause high pressure on the brush which will cause it to safely cut out and prevent damage to the components. Please use Henry Quick without the brush activated on high pile carpets and rugs. This replacement Floor Tool is equipped with a removable brush roll to allow easy removal of hair and debris from the floor tool. Hair can be easily removed by carefully using scissors or a stitch ripper.

Henry Quick Replacement Floor Tools are fitted with a removable brush bar. Please press the small button on the top of the tool to release the brush bar. To check for a blockage on the hose, please slide down the button on the top of the hose to release it from the casing.
