Henry Pet and friends are fitted with an automatic thermal cut-out switch. This might cut in if the machine has been running for an extended period of time. If Henry Pet feels hot, allow him to cool down for up to an hour. Once cooled down Henry Pet should reset himself. This is a safety feature to prevent Henry Pet getting too hot.
It’s a well-known fact that Henry Pet loves a corner. Why does he get stuck? It’s the law. If he gets stuck, gently coax him away from the corner using his handle. Please don’t pull him by his hose!

All of Henry Pet’s brains (motor) are stored in his top hat. This has many benefits, including better cooling airflow to the motor and less chance of anything nasty ending up in the electrics. To keep him as stable as possible, make sure all cable is pulled out from your Henry Pet and on older models, ensure the ‘Henry Pet’ logo is facing the same way as his face.

When using Genuine HepaFlo Filter Bags, a Henry Pet filter needs minimal cleaning. You can remove the filter and shake any excess dust into a carrier bag. Please note Henry Pet’s filter is not washable, as this can degrade the materials of the filter or introduce moisture into your motor.

The Stainless-Steel Tubes on Henry Pet and friends are held together by friction, which means sometimes they can get stuck together especially if dust or dirt gets trapped between the joining sections. To remove the tubes;
