Please ensure that your Combi Floor Tool is in the correct setting for your particular flooring. For carpets, the brushes need to be in the ‘up’ position. For hard floors, the brushes need to be in the ‘down’ position. This can be easily changed using the button lever on the top of the tool.
You can reduce suction by turning the suction control at the top of the bent stainless-steel tube. On older Henry models you can reduce suction by pressing the suction switch to ‘low’
