This can happen if your AiroBrush is not getting enough airflow or is tangled with hair or debris. Please thoroughly check your Henry for blockages and ensure your AiroBrush is cleared of hair around the brush bar. Read here for more information on blockages.
Inspect your AiroBrush Tool and carefully remove any hair that is wrapped around the spinning brush bar with scissors or a stitch ripper. Open the hatch at the rear of the tool and check the mechanisms are moving freely by rolling the bar with your fingers.
