The label under the handle on Henry (or on the rear of your machine for James, Charles & George) will contain the model number. The 12″ Filter PetKit will fit machines including “180,” “200,” “240” or “370” in their number, the 11″ Filter PetKit will fit 160 machines. Please note; this filter will not fit Henry Allergy. 

When using Genuine HepaFlo Filter Bags, a Henry filter needs minimal cleaning. You can remove the filter and shake any excess dust into a carrier bag. Please note Henry’s filter is not washable, as this can degrade the materials of the filter or introduce moisture into your motor.

Inspect your AiroBrush Tool and carefully remove any hair that is wrapped around the spinning brush bar with scissors or a stitch ripper. Open the hatch at the rear of the tool and check the mechanisms are moving freely by rolling the bar with your fingers.
