Very high pile carpets or rugs can cause high pressure on the brush which will cause it to safely cut out and prevent damage to the components. Please use Hetty Quick without the brush activated on high pile carpets and rugs. Hetty Quick is equipped with a removable brush roll to allow easy removal of hair and debris from the floor tool. Hair can be easily removed by carefully using scissors or a stitch ripper.

Is your Hetty Quick no longer smelling fresh? Quick Scent Pods are quick and easy to replace –

1.  Gently remove the rubber cap from the top of your Quick vacuum.
2. Remove a scent pod from the outer cardboard and plastic packaging.
3. Insert the scent pod into your Quick vacuum and replace the rubber cap.
4. Switch on your Quick vacuum and enjoy the fresh fragrance you have chosen!
5. Simply change your scent pod when you can no longer smell the scent.

Yes. Henry Quick is designed with a boost button for when a deeper clean is needed. Use of the boost button will deplete the battery more quickly.

Yes. You can stop the spinning brush bar by pressing the button with circular arrows on it. You can restart the brush bar by pressing the button again.

Henry and Hetty Quick are both equally excellent in pick up and durability. Hetty Quick is pink and has eyelashes.

Hetty Quick is fitted with a thermal cut out switch. This might cut in if the machine has been running for an extended period. If your Hetty Quick feels hot, allow her to cool down for up to an hour. Once cooled down Hetty Quick should reset herself. This is a safety feature to prevent Hetty Quick getting too hot. Hetty Quick is designed to only activate with a Genuine Quick Filter Pod inserted. But don’t worry, Henry isn’t going anywhere. We will continue to manufacture our iconic Henry vacuum here in Somerset, along with 99% of our range.
