Very high pile carpets or rugs can cause high pressure on the brush which will cause it to safely cut out and prevent damage to the components. Please use Henry Quick Pro without the brush activated on high pile carpets and rugs. Henry Quick Pro is equipped with a removable brush roll to allow easy removal of hair and debris from the floor tool. Hair can be easily removed by carefully using scissors or a stitch ripper.

Is your Henry Quick Pro no longer smelling fresh? Henry Quick Scent Pods are quick and easy to replace –

1. Gently remove the rubber cap from the top of your Quick vacuum.
2. Remove a scent pod from the outer cardboard and plastic packaging.
3. Insert the scent pod into your Quick vacuum and replace the rubber cap.
4. Switch on your Quick vacuum and enjoy the fresh fragrance you have chosen!
5. Simply change your scent pod when you can no longer smell the scent.

Yes. Henry Quick Pro is designed with a boost button for when a deeper clean is needed. Use of the boost button will deplete the battery more quickly.

Yes. You can stop the spinning brush bar by pressing the button with circular arrows on it. You can restart the brush bar by pressing the button again.

Henry Quick Pro is fitted with a thermal cut out switch. This might cut in if Henry Quick Pro has been running for an extended period. If Henry Quick Pro feels hot, allow him to cool down for up to an hour. Once cooled down your Henry Quick Pro should reset himself. This is a safety feature to prevent Henry Quick Pro getting too hot. Henry Quick Pro is designed to only activate with a Genuine Henry Quick Filter Pod inserted.
