Henry Quick Corded Filter Pods are designed to last on average 3 weeks, however due to their dust compacting abilities they may last for longer. Replacement Henry Quick Filter Pods are available here.

Very high pile carpets or rugs can cause high pressure on the brush which will cause it to safely cut out and prevent damage to the components. Please use Henry Quick Corded without the brush activated on high pile carpets and rugs. Henry Quick Corded is equipped with a removable brush roll to allow easy removal of hair and debris from the floor tool. Hair can be easily removed by carefully using scissors or a stitch ripper.

Is your Henry Quick Corded no longer smelling fresh? Henry Quick Scent Pods are quick and easy to replace –

1. Remove a Scent Pod from the outer cardboard and plastic packaging.
2. Insert the Scent Pod into your Quick Corded Filter Pod/Bag.
3. Switch on your Quick Corded vacuum and enjoy the fresh fragrance you have chosen!
4. Simply add a new Scent Pod when you change your Filter Pod.

Yes. Henry Quick Corded is designed with a boost button for when a deeper clean is needed.

Henry Quick Corded is fitted with a thermal cut out switch. This might cut in if Henry Quick Corded has been running for an extended period. If Henry Quick feels hot, allow him to cool down for up to an hour. Once cooled down your Henry Quick should reset himself. This is a safety feature to prevent Henry Quick Corded getting too hot. Henry Quick Corded is designed to only activate with a Genuine Henry Quick Filter Pod inserted. You can buy replacement Pods here
